RETURNS OR EXCHANGES OVERVIEW
- Your order may be returned or exchanged within 48 hours of receiving the Product if the Product you ordered are faulty, defective or damaged (with no fault on your part), or the Product is not what you ordered, or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity.
- Returned Product must be in original condition, and must be returned in the original undamaged box and/or packaging. We cannot offer a return or exchange once the product has been opened and used unless the Product is faulty or defective.
- Please note that we will not be able to provide a refund on any shipping fees charged for the original order.
- Please send your returns or exchanges request to email@example.com and include the reasons for return or exchange, order number and photos of the products.
- You agree and accept that products or services are acceptable for exchange subject to stocks availability.
